We were recently contacted by the folks at Time for Machines Models. They sent us a direct link to their Kick Starter page and ‘my oh my’. This is not your every day styrene plastic model nor they are the fast growing popular photo etched metal kits either. These are tiny Da Vinci-esque’ woks of art (see video below).
They can be wound up after assembly and we can see all those gears in motion. This is not our run of the mill model kit but in my honest opinion, great pieces of conversation, they are collectible and timeless. Hard to say the level of difficulty to build them without one at hand but personally I’m always up to a good build challenge. After my obvious price question, our friend Evgeniy Ivanov told us that they range from $49 for simple subjects to $95 USD for more elaborated ones. Thanks Evgeniy for the heads up!
