Following the line of model figures, Moebius brings us the iron man, the war machine version of Lt. Col. ‘Rhodey’ Rhode.

The box brings eleven trees in dark gray, a base for the figure and parts in white plastic to simulate where energy comes from. After inspecting the instructions you realize the good engineering work that the model demonstrates, everything falls like a glove, with no problem of lace, warping or gaps.

The initial stage of the model is a bit slow, but according to the torso is completed, legs and arms, everything falls into place quickly. In my case it took three days to complete the model and I decided to paint the parts even without assembling the complete figure for a more comfortable handling. The only seamlines I had to attend were those of the legs and they were treated in a section. Then go immediately to the painting process using an assortment of metallic colors from Tamiya and Model Master.

In my model, I replaced my eyes with a piece of leaf from the lid of the traditional Swiffer that is chrome from the inside side. The reflective effect it shows is unique. For the hands and the center of the chest using an already discontinued production of the Sticko company, the silver round dot, leaving a perfect and shining effect that attracts attention without the need to place artificial lighting on them.

The Base of the figure was painted black and then dark gray was applied as the base color to then use medium gray in the form of a dry brush to achieve the effect of rock. Scratch effects are created on the armor with a silver Prismacolor pencil.

Finally, the edges of the machine gun and the rockets are polished using the graphite powder or powdered metal of the AMMO of Mig Jimenez company leaving a very convincing luster.
