I’m glad to start the week with good news for model kit builders. We finally got on our desk a sample of the new transkit from Green Strawberry from the Czech Republic. This transkit is for the 1/25 Batmobile featured in the Batman vs Superman movie made by Moebius Models. I posted last week the entry of the official announcement. It is not the same seeing this photo etch, resin and clear parts in pictures than seeing it in person.
Upon inspection of the photo etch fret and the instruction sheet, it is evident the great deal of detail. There are for example photo etch parts that will give the interior some details that are absent from the model kit itself. Gas, brake pedals and toggle switches will along with screens that can be lighted up are included. There are photo etch parts that will make awesome brake calipers and brake rotors. Hollowed out mesh parts for the interiors and door panel parts are also included on this set.
If you’re a fan and want to build the ultimate Batman vs Superman Batmobile model kit, then this multi media transkit from Green Strawberry is for you. It is a well thought and researched set that will fill some inevitable gaps from the original model from Moebius.
