NEW Revell 1/25 Custom Cadillac Lowrider

Roll out in the style in your custom Caddy! The last of these big, bold beauties was produced in 1984. Their classic body on frame construction made them absolutely perfect lowriders. With hydraulics, they can sink way low or stretch high, and their not short on power either! Thanks to a huge 4.1 liter V-8 engine, classic Cadillacs have more than enough muscle to stop the show on the strip.

Revell surprised us at the office with another release for the beginning of the 2nd quarter. This is the Custom Cadillac Lowrider 1/25 from Revell models. For the price ($21.99 approx) you get a plumped box with a nicely molded body shell. The molding in general is very clean with barely mould lines around round parts. No flash is present on our production copy. The clar parts are clean of bubbles ad flow marks.

We get with this kit also the a sprue for chrome plated parts as well as gold plated. The injection gates are from moderate to small which is very nice. It is nice to see also that the trunk can be opened thru decently sized and realistic hinges. This final surprise was on the vinyl tires. They have a ‘channel’ in which you will install the white wall also made from vinyl. That alone sold me the kit. No decals or dry transfer for the white walls to deal with.
